Rear extension, Rhiwbina
A failing conservatory replaced by a 6.2 metre single-storey extension with a roof lantern and four-panel sliding doors, built in eleven weeks under permitted development.
£68,000Before / after
Designed, supplied and fitted
Kitchens and bathrooms fitted by the same trades that build our extensions, so the plumbing, electrics, tiling and joinery are right first time.

Half of what goes wrong in a kitchen or bathroom is behind the tiles. Ours are fitted by the plumbers, electricians and tilers who do our extensions, to the same drawings and the same programme.
We supply kitchens from two British manufacturers or fit the one you have bought elsewhere; either way the design is checked against the services, the extractor routed outside and the sockets where the building regulations want them. Bathrooms are tanked, not just sealed, and the floor is checked for falls before a tile goes down.
A kitchen takes two to three weeks from strip-out to the last plinth. A bathroom is two to three weeks with tiling. Both are often done as part of an extension or renovation, where they are priced as a line on the same contract.
