Condenser, heat pump and vented dryers: heating elements, thermal fuses, drive belts, jockey wheels and blocked condensers, with the lint cleared out while we are in there.

Fan oven elements, fan motors, thermostats, door seals and hinges, and dead rings on ceramic hobs. Electric appliances only; gas work goes to a Gas Safe engineer.

A yearly contract for rented homes: tenants ring us, we fix the washer, cooker or fridge with labour and call-outs included, and you get a report and an invoice for parts only.
