Fixed prices, call-out included.
The £59 call-out pays for the visit and the diagnosis. If you go ahead, it is included in the repair price below, so you never pay it twice. Prices include VAT, the part and fitting.

How it works
You decide before we start.
We find the fault, tell you what it is, and give you a fixed price for the repair with the call-out already in it. If you say yes, we fix it, usually there and then from the parts on the van. If you say no, you pay the £59 and nothing else. If we told you on the phone the machine was probably not worth repairing and you asked us to come anyway, we still charge only the call-out.

Questions about prices
Why is the call-out included?
Because you should not pay twice to have the same engineer stand in your kitchen. The call-out covers the diagnosis; the repair price covers the whole job.
What if the part is not on the van?
We order it for next-day delivery and come back to fit it with no second call-out.
Do you charge for travel?
Not in Merthyr, Aberdare and the villages between. Rhymney, Tredegar, Ebbw Vale and Hirwaun are £10 more on the call-out.

Ring and describe the fault: if it is something you can fix yourself, we will talk you through it for nothing. If not, the call-out is £59 and it is included in the fixed repair price when you go ahead.
