Condenser, heat pump and vented dryers: heating elements, thermal fuses, drive belts, jockey wheels and blocked condensers, with the lint cleared out while we are in there.

A washing machine that will not drain has usually swallowed something small into the pump filter behind the flap at the bottom. A dishwasher with water in the bottom has a blocked filter. A dryer that takes three cycles has a condenser full of fluff. We would rather you fixed those yourself for nothing, so the fault finder lists what to check first, and we talk you through it on the phone.

Four things that always happen.
Check it first on the phone
Ring and describe the fault. Half the time it is a blocked filter or a door that is not quite shut, and we talk you through it for nothing.
The price before the screwdriver
After the diagnosis you get a fixed price for the repair, with the call-out included. You decide, and if it is no, you only pay the call-out.
Most makes, most ages
Bosch, Hotpoint, Beko, Indesit, Samsung, LG, Zanussi, AEG and the rest, including the ones a manufacturer no longer supports.
Repair before landfill
A new pump keeps a ten-year-old washer out of the skip for years. When a machine is finished, we take it to be recycled properly.

How much is a call-out?
£59 for the visit and the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the call-out is included in the fixed repair price, so you never pay it twice. The prices page lists common repairs.
Is it worth repairing my machine?
It depends on the fault and the age. The fault finder gives a repair-or-replace view by age, and we tell you honestly on the phone.
How soon can you come?
Usually within two working days, sooner for fridges and freezers. Ring early in the morning for the best chance of today.
Which makes do you repair?
Most: Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Hotpoint, Indesit, Beko, Zanussi, AEG, Electrolux, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Candy, Hoover and supermarket own brands.
Do you repair gas appliances?
No. We work on electric appliances only; gas must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
What if the same fault comes back?
Every repair is guaranteed for twelve months, parts and labour. If the same fault returns, we come back and fix it free.
