Dai talked me through cleaning the filter on the phone first. It was not that, so he came the next morning, replaced the pump in forty minutes and the price was what he said it would be.

Fridge warm, freezer fine, a week before Christmas. Ffion came the same afternoon, found the fan had died and had it running before tea. Saved a lot of food.
Six houses on contract. Tenants ring Spin Cycle, not me, I get an email report and a parts invoice, and the yearly check found two perished washer hoses before they burst.
Fan oven not heating. New element fitted, door seal checked and the inside of the oven left cleaner than they found it. Fixed price, no surprises.
