What we bring

Everything we need, carried in.

Choose the kind of session to see exactly what comes through the door. You need trainers and a clear space about two metres square.

Seen from above on a pale wooden floor: a cast-iron kettlebell, a rolled blue mat, four coloured resistance bands, a low step, a skipping rope, a foam roller and a water bottle

The space

Two metres square is enough.

A cleared patch of living-room floor, a hallway for step-ups, a kitchen worktop for incline press-ups, a garage, a patio or the lawn. We look at the space at the free taster and plan the kit to fit it. Mats go under everything, and nothing is dropped.

Start with a free thirty-minute taster at home.

Check your postcode, then tell us when suits. Jac or Dan replies within the hour between visits with a time for a free taster: a look at the space, a short health questionnaire, a few exercises and a plan.
