Kit lending between visits

A bag with a mat, a kettlebell, three bands and a roller left with you between visits, swapped as you get stronger.

A bag of bands, a mat and a kettlebell left with you, £10 a month for clients

The sessions between visits matter as much as the visits, and they are much easier with a kettlebell by the back door than with tins of beans. Lending the kit means you do not buy weights you will outgrow in two months.

The bag holds a mat, one kettlebell chosen for your home routine, three bands and a foam roller, plus a printed card with the routine for the days between. When you are ready for a heavier bell we swap it at the next visit at no charge.

Everything is cleaned before it goes out and when it comes back, and we keep a note of what is where. If something breaks through normal use we replace it; if the dog eats a band, we replace that too.

Kit lending is for current clients only. If you would rather buy your own kit, we will tell you exactly what to get and where it is cheapest, and we earn nothing from it.

What is included

  • A mat, a kettlebell, three bands and a foam roller
  • Heavier kit swapped in at no charge
  • A printed between-visits routine
  • Everything cleaned before and after
  • Collected at your next visit when you stop

What we bring

  • Exercise mats One each, cleaned after every visit; thicker mats for anyone kneeling on a hard floor.
  • Kettlebells, 4 to 16 kg Squats, swings, carries and rows. We bring three weights so the next one up is always there.
  • Resistance bands Five strengths, light enough for a first session at 80 and strong enough to make a rugby player work.
  • Aerobic step Step-ups, incline press-ups and a seat height you can raise or lower.
  • Foam roller and massage ball For the cool-down and for anyone whose back or calves complain.
  • First-aid kit and defibrillator In the van at every visit, and both trainers are first-aid qualified.

What it costs

£10 a month for clients, cancel any time; we collect the bag at your next visit. The area checker shows the travel fee for your postcode and the next free visit day.
