What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us about it.

What we collect

When you use the booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address and postcode, the session type, the area, a day if you gave one, and anything you write. The form records the time it was sent and your IP address, used only to block automated submissions. The area checker and the kit list store nothing; your postcode is in the page address and nowhere else.

For visits we hold your address and access notes (parking, key safes, pets), a health questionnaire, session notes and payments. For older adults we may hold a family contact the client has agreed to.

Why we use it

  • To arrange and deliver your sessions (our contract with you).
  • Health information is special category data, held with your explicit consent to train you safely.
  • To keep accounting records (a legal obligation).

Who sees it

Jac and Dan. Your GP only if you ask us to contact them. For workplace sessions, the employer receives the invoice and attendance numbers, never health questionnaires. The review platform receives your email address once after your first month. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become sessions are deleted after six months. Client records are kept for three years after your last visit for insurance purposes; key safe codes are deleted the day you stop; accounting records are kept for six years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or withdraw consent for health data. Email hello@doorstep-pt.co.uk. We answer within a month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website sets a session cookie only when you send the booking form, to limit repeat submissions; it expires when you close the browser. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. The map on the find-us page is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies when it is displayed.
