The office, 2 Eastgate
A small first-floor office above the shop at 2 Eastgate, Cowbridge, behind the blue door. It is where the kit is cleaned and the van is loaded; sessions happen at your home, not here.
Visits
Monday to Friday 6:30am to 8pm and Saturday 7am to 1pm, on the days the van is in your district. The area checker shows those days and the next free one.

Further away?
Bridgend, Cardiff city centre and the Valleys are outside our area. We can recommend mobile trainers there, or run the session as a video call.
Parking
The van needs a space on the road or the drive about six metres long. We never block a neighbour's drive.
Calls and texts
Texts are answered between visits, usually within the hour. The office phone is staffed weekday mornings.
