Sessions
Couples' personal training
Two people, one trainer, two separate plans side by side in the same room, for £30 each.

Two people, one hour, one trainer, at home or in the garden, £60 (£30 each)
Training with someone you live with means nobody skips, and it halves the price. The two of you rarely want the same thing, so you each get your own plan, run side by side and swapped round so nobody waits.
The first visit is a free thirty-minute taster for both of you. We take each person's goals and history separately, because a shared session works only if each plan is right for the person doing it: one may be rebuilding after a knee operation while the other wants a stronger deadlift.
Sessions use circuits: one of you on kettlebells while the other is on bands, then swap. You see each other work, which helps, and you each get the trainer's eye on every set. We bring two of everything.
Couples tend to keep going longer than people training alone, and the most common pairs we coach are partners, a parent and adult child, and two neighbours who walk across the road.
What is included
- Two separate plans in one hour
- Two of everything, brought in
- Separate session sheets for each of you
- One taster visit for both, free

What we bring
- Exercise mats One each, cleaned after every visit; thicker mats for anyone kneeling on a hard floor.
- Kettlebells, 4 to 16 kg Squats, swings, carries and rows. We bring three weights so the next one up is always there.
- Resistance bands Five strengths, light enough for a first session at 80 and strong enough to make a rugby player work.
- Aerobic step Step-ups, incline press-ups and a seat height you can raise or lower.
- Foam roller and massage ball For the cool-down and for anyone whose back or calves complain.
- Folding bench Only where there is room: a garage, a garden or a big living room.
- First-aid kit and defibrillator In the van at every visit, and both trainers are first-aid qualified.
What it costs
£60 an hour for two people, ten for £560. Travel fees as for a home session. The area checker shows the travel fee for your postcode and the next free visit day.
Questions about couples
Do we have to be the same fitness?
No. Each person has their own plan; that is the point.
Can it be a parent and a teenager?
Over-16s can train with a parent present in the session. We do not run one-to-one sessions for under-18s.
What if one of us cannot make it?
The other trains alone that week at the single price.
Start with a free thirty-minute taster at home.
Check your postcode, then tell us when suits. Jac or Dan replies within the hour between visits with a time for a free taster: a look at the space, a short health questionnaire, a few exercises and a plan.
