Sessions
Personal training at home
An hour in your living room, hallway, kitchen or garage, with every piece of kit carried in and carried out again.

An hour in your living room, kitchen, hallway or garage, with all the kit, £45
Most people who book us could get to a gym. They do not, because the gym is the hard part: the drive, the changing room, the feeling everyone is watching. Bring the session to the front room and the hard part disappears.
Before the first visit we send a short health questionnaire and ask about the space: how many square metres you can clear, whether there are stairs, what the floor is, whether there is a garden. Two metres by two is enough for nearly everything; a hallway works for step-ups and a kitchen worktop for incline press-ups.
A session is ten minutes of warm-up, forty minutes of strength work and ten minutes of stretching and a plan for the days between. We write each session down, leave you the sheet and update it next visit, so you can see what you lifted in week one and what you lift in week ten.
Visits run from 6:30am to 8pm on weekdays and until 1pm on Saturdays, on the days the van is in your area. The area checker shows those days and the next one free. If you have a health condition, a recent operation or a heart, lung or joint problem, please check with your GP before the first full session.

- Exercise mats One each, cleaned after every visit; thicker mats for anyone kneeling on a hard floor.

- Aerobic step Step-ups, incline press-ups and a seat height you can raise or lower.
- Foam roller and massage ball For the cool-down and for anyone whose back or calves complain.
- First-aid kit and defibrillator In the van at every visit, and both trainers are first-aid qualified.
What it costs

Questions about home sessions
How much space do I need?
About two metres by two, cleared, with something solid to put a step on. We have trained people in bedsits and hallways.
What about the neighbours below?
We use mats under everything, no jumping for flats unless you say so, and kettlebells never leave the hand.
Can I cancel a visit?
Free with 24 hours' notice by text. Later than that is charged, unless you are ill, which we would rather you told us.
Start with a free thirty-minute taster at home.
Check your postcode, then tell us when suits. Jac or Dan replies within the hour between visits with a time for a free taster: a look at the space, a short health questionnaire, a few exercises and a plan.
