| League squad | Adults who have played league or school-team netball | Wednesday, 8pm to 9:30pm | £12 a month, £3 a match |
| Walking netball | Anyone who would rather walk it | Thursday, 11am to noon | £3 a session, tea included |
Your first session is free. Bring trainers and some nerve.
You do not need to be fit, young or any good at all. Come along, try a bib on, and see who is laughing by the end of the warm-up. It is usually everyone.
