How we do things
Groups are sorted out for you. You will not be left waiting for someone to pick you.
Come as you are, and tell us about your knees. Walking netball is always an option.
DBS-checked coaches, a welfare officer who does not coach juniors, and no names or close-ups online.
You may not be what you think you are. Most people are surprised.

I last played when I was fourteen, and I am forty-six now. I was sure I would be the worst there, and I was, but no one seemed to mind. Eighteen months on I am a wing defence and I have opinions about it.
My daughter is shy, and I expected tears. She was running about with a bib on within ten minutes. Grace knew my name by the second week and I know exactly who to ring.
I came from another club and Nerys put me at wing attack when I had played goal shooter for ten years. I complained for a month. She was right, which is very annoying.
Yes. Back to netball is gentle, and walking netball is gentler. Just tell Nerys about anything that hurts. If you have been told by a doctor to take care, ask them first.
Trainers and water. Short nails and no jewellery on court, under the rules of the game. We have the rest.
Your first session is free. After that £4 on a Tuesday, £3 for juniors and walking, and £12 a month for the league squad.
Mostly, but men are welcome at walking netball and in socials, and boys in the younger junior groups.
Seven, at Hatchlings on a Saturday. Younger children can come and watch, and we will be delighted to see them when they turn seven.
In the sports hall at Parc Lewis Leisure, Tonyrefail, with the summer tournament on the outdoor court behind.
You do not need to be fit, young or any good at all. Come along, try a bib on, and see who is laughing by the end of the warm-up. It is usually everyone.
