By car
Free parking at the leisure centre. It gets busy around 6pm on weekdays, so leave a few minutes.
By bus
Buses from Porth, Llantrisant and Talbot Green stop near the centre. Ask for the leisure centre.
From the A4119
Follow signs for Tonyrefail and the leisure centre. It takes around ten minutes from Talbot Green.
Lifts
The WhatsApp group runs an informal lift system. Ring us if you need one for a first session and we will sort you out.
First time?
Come to the sports hall five minutes before the start and ask for Nerys, or for anyone holding a clipboard.
Lost, or nervous? Ring 07700 900 173 and Nerys will come to the door.
Your first session is free. Bring trainers and some nerve.
You do not need to be fit, young or any good at all. Come along, try a bib on, and see who is laughing by the end of the warm-up. It is usually everyone.
