Suppliers
People who have worked here and done it well.
Not a paid list. These are the suppliers we have watched do a good job in this building, more than once, and would book for our own families. Use them or do not; the only thing we insist on is the food, which is ours. Anyone you bring who has not worked here gets a site sheet from Ceri a month before.

For your suppliers
What anyone working here needs to know.
Access
Friday from 2pm on the weekend package, otherwise from 10am on the day. Deliveries to the Courtyard doors; a trolley and a hand lift for the heavy things. Collections by 11am the day after.
The Barn
No nails, screws or tape on the oak; the trusses have hooks every metre and we hang things with you. Candles in holders only; sparklers outside; no confetti cannon indoors, dried petals welcome everywhere.
Music
Our PA and lighting rig are on the stage and most bands use them; your own rig is fine. No sound limiter. Music off at midnight, out by 1am. Three 32-amp supplies on the stage wall.
Paperwork
Public liability insurance and, for anything electrical, a PAT certificate, sent to Ceri a month before. We feed working suppliers from the kitchen at £18 a head if you add them to the numbers.
The one we do not outsource
The food is ours, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Every other supplier is your choice. The kitchen is not, because a wedding breakfast cooked in a van in the car park is the thing guests remember for the wrong reason, and because Tomos is better than that. The menu is built with you at a tasting, the dietary needs are cooked for, and the price is on the packages page. If that is a deal-breaker, we understand, and we would rather you knew now.

Pick a date, tell us the numbers, and come and stand in it.
The enquiry form has a date picker and takes two minutes; Ceri replies within the working day with a viewing if the date is free and two honest alternatives if it is not. Viewings are an hour, Tuesday to Saturday, at the time of day your ceremony would be.
