The weekend, the midweek and the winter are the same place, the same team and the same kitchen at three prices; a small wedding, a corporate day and a party evening are priced below them. Every figure includes VAT, every package includes the furniture, the bar, the lights, the staff and a coordinator, and the only extras are food, drink, the tipi and extra nights.

The whole place from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning: set up on Friday and eat in the Courtyard, marry and feast on Saturday with up to 180 seated and 240 in the evening, and wake on Sunday to breakfast in the Stables for 26. Exclusive use, every room, every space, and Ceri running it.

Everything the weekend has, on a Monday to Thursday, for three thousand pounds less: the same spaces, the same team, the same kitchen, exclusive use from ten in the morning to midnight, and all twelve bedrooms for the night. The best value in the building, and the dates are still free next summer.

The Barn with the fires lit and the valley frosted: any day from November to March except New Year's Eve, Saturdays included, for £3,950 with exclusive use, all twelve bedrooms for the night, and the Snug with the wood-burner for the morning after. Candlelit at four o'clock, which is the point.

For forty people or fewer: the Cowshed for the ceremony and a long table for the feast, the Snug for the evening, the Courtyard for drinks, and four of the Stable rooms for the night. Midweek, 10am to midnight, exclusive use of the parts you use, and the Barn kept out of it so the day feels full rather than empty.
£2,450 including VAT, Monday to Thursday, any month.

A day in the Barn for up to eighty with fast wifi, a screen, the long tables or a cabaret layout, coffee from eight, lunch from the kitchen and the Meadow for the afternoon session; or a residential with the twelve Stable rooms, dinner, and breakfast before the second day. Forty minutes from Cardiff and Bristol, and nobody else in the building.
£1,850 a day including VAT, up to eighty, with coffee, pastries and lunch.

A fortieth, a sixtieth, an anniversary, a company Christmas do, a wake that should be a celebration: the Barn for an evening from six to midnight with up to 200 standing or 150 at tables, the bar, the lights, the stage for a band or a DJ, the fire pit outside, and the kitchen doing street food or a feast. Any day in winter; midweek in summer.
£2,950 including VAT, 6pm to midnight.
Food, drink and extras
Food and drink are per head and chosen at the tasting; the rest is optional.
A £1,500 deposit holds the date (£1,000 for a small wedding or a party), refundable in full for fourteen days. Half the hire is due six months before, the balance with the final numbers six weeks before, and the bar tab, if any, on the night. A two-page contract comes with the deposit request.
Yes, every figure on this website includes VAT. Companies get a VAT invoice.
Food and drink, which are per head; the tipi; extra nights in the Stables; your suppliers. Everything else you need to run the day is in the hire: furniture, linen, crockery, glass, the bar, lights, sound, cleaning, staff and a coordinator.
Yes, at the weekend price: the Barn and the rooms are the same whether eighty or a hundred and eighty sit down. If the numbers are under forty, the small wedding midweek is a much better buy and we will say so.
The enquiry form has a date picker and takes two minutes; Ceri replies within the working day with a viewing if the date is free and two honest alternatives if it is not. Viewings are an hour, Tuesday to Saturday, at the time of day your ceremony would be.
