Storage

Storage you can get to at 3am.

Sixty units on one floor behind the office at Leckwith, from a locker for a student's boxes to a double garage for a whole house. Your own fob opens the gate and the building any hour of any day; cameras, lights, a trolley by the door and a loading bay under a canopy. Every size and price is below.

Twelve weeks or more paid up front is ten per cent off. We move you in at the hourly rate (a one-bed into a 50-square-foot unit is usually the three-hour minimum) or you bring it yourself with the trolleys and the loading bay. Padlocks are £8 or bring your own.

Containers

A whole house between homes: a sealed container in our warehouse, £28 a week.

If you are selling and have nowhere to go, or the new house is not ready, the cheapest way to store a houseful is a 250-cubic-foot wooden container in our warehouse: we load it at your door on moving day, seal it, fork it into the racking, and bring it back when you ring. A three-bed house is usually three or four containers, so £84 to £112 a week, with no second loading charge if it is under four weeks. You cannot get at it at 3am, which is the trade-off against a unit, and we say so.

The building

Four things about the units.

Access

Your fob opens the yard gate and the building 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The office is open Monday to Saturday for anything that needs a person, and the cameras are watched overnight by a monitoring company.

Security

Cameras inside and out, lights on sensors, individual alarms on the 100-square-foot units and above, a steel roller door on every unit and your own padlock. Nobody but you has a key.

What you cannot store

Food, plants, animals, anything flammable or hazardous, anything stolen, and anyone living in it. Fridges must be defrosted and dry. Everything else, including the bike, the kayak and the Christmas tree, is fine.

Leaving

A week's notice by email or at the office, the unit swept, the padlock gone, and the unused days of the month refunded to the card. No exit fee, no minimum beyond the first week.

Pick a size, or ask us to.

Tell us roughly what you have and we will say which unit it fits and what the move-in costs. Units are available most weeks; the 100-square-foot ones go first in summer.
