Getting here, and where we go
The depot
Unit 4, Hadfield Road, Leckwith, Cardiff CF11 8AQ: the industrial estate behind the Cardiff City Stadium, off Leckwith Road. The storage units and the office are in the same building; the vans live in the yard.
Getting here
Five minutes from the A4232 Leckwith interchange and ten from the city centre. Bus 95 and 96 stop on Leckwith Road; Ninian Park station is a twelve-minute walk. Parking by the office door for visitors; the yard gate is for vans and storage customers.
Storage access
Your own fob opens the gate and the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cameras inside and out, lights on sensors, a trolley and a sack truck by the door, and a loading bay with a canopy so you are not loading in the rain.
Where we move
Everywhere, but mostly Cardiff, Penarth, Barry, Caerphilly, Newport and the Vale within the 30 miles that the hourly rate covers; Bristol, the Valleys and Swansea most weeks; the rest of Britain as a fixed price; Ireland and the near Continent quoted.
Access
The office and the storage building are step-free from the car park with a wide door and a loading bay at lorry height and at ground level. The units are on one floor with no steps; six are extra-wide for wheelchair users.
Hours
Office Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday mornings; moves from 7:30 Monday to Saturday and Sundays by arrangement; storage 24 hours with a fob. Quotes within the working day and a video survey the same week.
Lost on the estate? Ring 029 2018 0420. Look for the white vans.
Bedrooms in, a figure out. Then a video survey and a quote in writing.
The estimate page turns the number of bedrooms into a van, a crew and a price before you ring. The quote form takes two minutes; Dai or Sioned replies within the working day with a video survey slot the same week, and the quote after it is the figure on the invoice.
