Supplied, set up and on the desk, old one wiped
New PCs set up
New laptops and desktops chosen for the job, set up with your accounts, printers and software, files moved from the old machine, and the old one wiped to a standard and recycled or handed back. Business-grade machines, not the cheapest in the shop.

A new PC should be the easy bit, and it usually takes someone half a day: updates, accounts, printers, software, files, and the old one still sitting under the desk with everything on it. We do the half day and bring the machine to your desk ready.
We supply business models with three-year warranties, Windows Pro and enough memory to last, because the consumer laptop on offer in a retail park is built to a price and lasts about three years. You can also bring your own and we will set it up. Either way, we update it, join it to your Microsoft 365, install your software and printers, and move your files and browser bookmarks across.
The old machine is wiped to a recognised standard and you get a certificate, then recycled through an approved recycler or handed back to you. If a drive will not wipe, it is destroyed and you get a photograph.

Questions about new PCs set up
Can you match a price I saw online?
Sometimes. More often the cheap one has half the memory or a slower drive. We will show you the specification side by side and you choose.
How long does it take?
In stock models two working days from order to your desk, including setup. Ten or more machines, about a week, and we stagger the swap so nobody is without a PC.
Ring the desk, or bring it in.
A person answers 01685 496 0880 from eight till six on weekdays. For a repair, bring the machine to the counter on Castle Street; for a plan, book a free IT review and Rhys will come and look at what you have.
