The shop and the repair counter are at 18 Castle Street. Plan clients are mostly within twenty minutes, from Pontmorlais to Aberdare, and the van covers further when a visit is needed.

Merthyr town centre
Castle Street, Pontmorlais, the High Street and the shops round St Tydfil's Square: we walk. Most town-centre clients see someone within the hour.
Pentrebach and the industrial estates
Pentrebach, Goatmill Road and the Merthyr Tydfil Industrial Park: ten minutes by van, same-day visits on Business and Business Plus.
Troedyrhiw, Aberfan and Treharris
Down the valley on the A470 and the old road: practices, letting agents, schools and the trades. Visits usually the same day.
Dowlais, Gurnos and Penydarren
The north of the town and the estates. Home visits for repairs and setups at £60 for the first hour, and a lot of the bench work comes from here.
Aberdare and the Cynon Valley
Over the mountain road in twenty minutes: four plan clients in Aberdare and Hirwaun. On-site visits booked for the same or next working day.
Further afield
Pontypridd, Rhymney and Brecon on a plan, with most of the work done remotely and a visit booked when hands are needed. Repairs can come to the counter or be collected.
Getting here
On foot, by bus, by train or by car.
- Bus. The Swan Street bus station is five minutes' walk; most valley services stop there.
- Train. Merthyr Tydfil station, at the end of the line from Cardiff, is about eight minutes' walk.
- Car. Short-stay bays on Castle Street for a drop-off; pay-and-display on Glebeland Street for longer.
- Step-free. One low step at the door and a ramp we put out when you ring the bell.
