Moves, setups and the security settings that matter
Microsoft 365 and email
Microsoft 365 set up properly or moved from old email: your domain, mailboxes, shared calendars, Teams and OneDrive, with multi-factor sign-in on every account and the settings that stop most email takeovers. Licences passed through at what we pay.

Half the email problems we fix are one of two things: an old POP3 account on one PC that loses everything when the PC dies, or a Microsoft 365 tenant set up in a hurry with no multi-factor sign-in. We move the first and fix the second.
A move starts with a list: every mailbox, alias, shared address and calendar, the domain and who controls it, and where the old mail lives. We copy the mail across in the background, switch the domain over in the evening, and come in the next morning to set up Outlook, phones and Teams at each desk. Nobody loses an email, and the old account stays readable for thirty days.
Then the settings that matter: multi-factor sign-in on every account, the old sign-in methods switched off, alerts for forwarding rules and sign-ins from abroad, and a check of the domain's email records so your invoices stop landing in junk. On a plan, we watch those alerts for you.

Questions about microsoft 365 and email
Do we have to buy licences through you?
No. If you already pay Microsoft directly we work on your tenant as it is. If you buy through us we pass them on at what we pay, £10.50 a user a month for Business Standard at the moment, and show the Microsoft invoice line.
Can we keep our old email address?
Yes, if it is on your own domain. If it is an address from your broadband provider it cannot move, but we can forward it for a year while people learn the new one.
