Monthly plans for three to fifty people, priced per user

Business IT support

A monthly plan for offices, shops, surgeries and trades of three to fifty people: a helpdesk that answers, patching and antivirus on every machine, Microsoft 365 looked after, on-site visits when remote will not do, and a monthly report of what we did.

Most of our forty-one plan clients came to us after something went wrong: a laptop stolen with no backup, an email account taken over, a server in a cupboard that nobody understood. A monthly plan is how we stop that happening, for a fixed price you can budget for.

Every machine on the plan gets a small agent that lets us patch Windows and the common applications overnight, watch the disk and the antivirus, and connect when you ask for help. You ring or email the desk; a named technician answers within your plan's response time and stays with the ticket until it is closed. If it needs hands, Business and Business Plus include on-site visits at no extra charge, the same day for anything that stops you working.

We keep a written record of your setup: every user, device, licence, password vault entry, router login and renewal date. It is yours, it is updated every month, and if you ever leave us it is the handover. Plans run month to month. The plan picker on the plans page prices yours from the number of people and devices.

What it costs

Questions about business IT support

What counts as a user?

A person with a login: a Microsoft 365 mailbox or a Windows account they use most days. Shared reception PCs and a laptop that lives in a drawer are devices, not users. Each user covers one and a half devices before the £5 device charge starts.

Is there a contract?

Month to month with thirty days' notice. There is no setup fee for up to ten users; above ten we charge a fixed onboarding day of £360 because the first audit takes that long.

Ring the desk, or bring it in.

A person answers 01685 496 0880 from eight till six on weekdays. For a repair, bring the machine to the counter on Castle Street; for a plan, book a free IT review and Rhys will come and look at what you have.
