Plans

Three plans, priced per person.

Every plan includes the helpdesk, overnight patching, antivirus and Microsoft 365 looked after. The difference is how fast we reply, whether visits are included, and what happens out of hours. Month to month, thirty days' notice.

How it is worked out: every plan is billed for at least 3 users; each user covers one and a half devices, and each device beyond that is £5 a month; Microsoft 365 Business Standard is passed through at £10.50 a user, what we pay today; backup is £4 a user and included on Business Plus. The best fit is a suggestion: Essentials up to four people, Business Plus from twenty or when you want backup, Business in between.

What the first month looks like.

  1. Free review

An hour on site with Rhys and a one-page note of what he found, whether or not you sign up.

  2. Agent and vault

A small agent on each machine, every password into a shared vault, and the setup written down.

  3. The quick wins

  4. First report

At the end of the month: every ticket, patch and backup, and three things we would change next.

Questions about the plans

Why per user and not per device?

Because most of the work follows people: their accounts, their email, their phone, their new starter and leaver days. Each user covers one and a half devices, which fits most offices; the device charge is for the spare laptops and the storage unit.

What if we only want help now and then?

Then you do not need a plan. Remote help is £35 for the first half hour and on-site £60 an hour. A plan starts to pay for itself at about two hours of help a month for five people.

Is Microsoft 365 included in the plan price?

No: the licence is Microsoft's, and we pass it on at what we pay, £10.50 a user a month for Business Standard at the moment. Looking after it, the users, the security and the settings, is included in every plan.

Can we change plan?

Yes, from the next month, up or down, by email. People and devices are counted on the first of each month, so a new starter on the twentieth is free until then.

What is not included?

New hardware, software licences, cabling and project work such as a move to Microsoft 365 or an office move. Those are quoted separately before we start, with a fixed price where we can.

How do we leave?

Thirty days' notice by email. You get every password, every licence, the written record of your setup and a handover call with whoever comes next. Nothing is held back.
