Saturday meal-prep workshops
Two hours on a Saturday morning: cook three dishes with Rhys and take home four lunches, the recipes and a costed shopping list.

Two hours on a Saturday morning, ingredients included, four lunches to take home, £25
The habit most people find hardest is lunch on a work day. The workshop solves it for one week and shows you how to solve it every week, in two hours, for about the price of four meal deals.
Each workshop has a theme: lunches for under £2, breakfasts you can eat in the car, vegetarian weeks, family dinners that also make tomorrow's lunch, or eating well on shift work. Rhys cooks one dish in front of everyone, then each person cooks two more at their own station with him walking round.
You leave with four lunches, a batch of overnight oats or egg muffins, the recipes on a card and a shopping list costed at the supermarket on the retail park. Everything is made from ordinary ingredients you can buy in Cwmbran, with no powders, shakes or supplements.
Workshops run from 10am to 12 noon at the Victoria Street community kitchen, a five-minute walk from the studio. Tell us about allergies when you book; we can work around most, and we always cater for vegetarians.

Questions about meal-prep workshops
I cannot cook. Is that a problem?
No. Half the people who come say the same. Everything is chopping, mixing and roasting.
Do I need to be a client?
No, anyone can book. Clients get the first workshop free.
Are the recipes low calorie?
They follow the plate method: plenty of vegetables, some protein, some carbohydrate. We do not label anything good or bad.
Start with a free thirty-minute chat.
In the studio or on the phone, no weighing and no hard sell: what you want, what has and has not worked before, and which of our services, if any, would suit you. Bethan or Rhys replies within a working day.
