Getting here

Above the opticians on the north side of the square, through the green door and up one flight of stairs. There is a lift from the shopping centre side door for anyone who would rather not climb, and a quiet room for the first chat.
By bus
Cwmbran bus station is three minutes' walk through the shopping centre. Buses from Pontypool, Newport, Croesyceiliog and Llantarnam stop there every few minutes in the day.
By train
Cwmbran station is twelve minutes' walk along the Avondale Way footpath, on the Newport to Abergavenny line.
Parking
The Glyndwr Road multi-storey is two minutes away and free for the first three hours. Clients with a blue badge can use the bays by the library.
The lake walk
Every Saturday at 9am from the café at Cwmbran Boating Lake, about forty minutes round the lake and through Llantarnam Park, free, for anyone, at a talking pace.
Workshops
Meal-prep workshops are at the community kitchen on Victoria Street, five minutes' walk south of the square. Use the side door; the café opens at 10am.
