Shops, offices, schools and lets: master-key suites, keypad and smart locks, fire-exit hardware, a callout account
Commercial, landlords and master keys
For businesses, landlords and letting agents: lock changes between tenants at a fixed price, master-key suites so one key opens everything and tenants' keys open only theirs, keypad and smart locks on office doors, panic bars and fire-exit hardware that meets the regulations, and an account with a 24-hour number and a monthly invoice.

A letting agent with two hundred doors, a school with forty, a shop with a shutter and a back door: the needs are the same as a house, multiplied, with a budget to answer to. We run accounts for about sixty businesses and landlords in Newport with a fixed price list, a 24-hour number that goes to a person, a monthly invoice, and a key register so nobody has to wonder which key opens the stockroom.
A master-key suite is a set of cylinders designed so that each door has its own key, the manager's key opens a group, and the owner's key opens everything. We design it (£120 for the plan), supply registered cylinders that cannot be copied at a heel bar, and keep the register so a replacement is a phone call. For lets, a tenant changeover is a cylinder swap at £75 on account, booked by email, with the keys dropped at the agent.
Office and shop doors take keypad locks (from £165) or smart locks with audit trails and app access (from £295), and we fit and configure both. Fire exits take panic bars and emergency exit hardware to BS EN 1125 and 179, which we fit and certify. Shutters, padlocks for yards and cabinets, and safes are all on the list; account customers get the day rate around the clock and a named locksmith who knows the building.

Questions about commercial
Can tenants copy the keys?
Not on a registered suite: the blanks are restricted and only we can cut them, against the card. That is the point of it.
Do you do shutters?
Shutter locks and bullet locks, yes, and we service the mechanism; a shutter motor is an electrician's job and we will say so.
Locked out? Ring. Anything else, book a slot.
The emergency line is answered by one of us, 24 hours a day, and a lockout is a fixed price on the phone before anyone leaves the van. For a lock change, a uPVC repair, a car key or a safe, the booking form takes two minutes and we reply within the working day with a two-hour slot.
