The shop
22 Caerleon Road, Newport NP19 7BU, on the corner by the chemist, five minutes' walk from the station across the bridge. Keys cut while you wait, locks, safes, padlocks and door furniture on the shelves, and whoever is in will give you a price for anything on this website.
Getting here
Buses along Caerleon Road stop outside. Newport station is a seven-minute walk; the M4 at junction 25 is five minutes by car. On-street parking on Caerleon Road is free for an hour; the car park behind the chemist is two hours free with a ticket.
Where we go
Within ten miles of the shop at the published prices: Newport, Caerleon, Cwmbran, Risca, Rogerstone, Magor, Caldicot, Marshfield and the east of Cardiff. Pontypool, Chepstow and Abergavenny at the same prices plus mileage. The emergency page has the response times by area.
Access
The shop is step-free from the pavement with a wide door and a counter at wheelchair height. If you cannot get to us, we come to you for key cutting and advice at the day rate.
Proof of ID
For a lockout we check you are entitled to be in the property before we leave; for a car key we check the V5C and photo ID before coding. We keep a record of both. It is for your protection as much as ours.
Hours
The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, every day, by one of us. The shop is Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 and Saturday 9 to 1. Booked jobs are Monday to Saturday from 8am in two-hour slots.

The emergency line is answered by one of us, 24 hours a day, and a lockout is a fixed price on the phone before anyone leaves the van. For a lock change, a uPVC repair, a car key or a safe, the booking form takes two minutes and we reply within the working day with a two-hour slot.
