Washrooms cleaned and sanitised every visit to the specification, soap, paper and bin liners restocked from our stores or yours, sanitary and nappy bins serviced through our licensed partner, a mid-day check on busy sites, and the consumables itemised on the invoice at cost plus six per cent. Included in every contract.
Nobody writes to thank you for a clean office. Everybody writes about a washroom. They get the most attention in the specification, the highest frequency on busy sites, and a line of their own on the audit, because they are where a cleaning contract is judged.
Every visit: toilets and urinals cleaned and descaled, basins and taps, mirrors, cubicle partitions and doors wiped, dispensers refilled, bins emptied and relined, floors mopped with a wet-floor sign while they dry, and the air checked. Weekly: descaling of taps and traps, grout, extractor grilles and the backs of doors. Monthly: a deep clean including the sealant and the cistern tops. The audit scores each washroom separately and the photographs show the inspector what the operative saw.
Consumables can be yours, delivered to site, or ours: soap, hand towels or dryers maintained, toilet paper, bin liners and air care from our stores, replenished by the operative and itemised monthly at cost plus six per cent, so you see the price. Sanitary bins, nappy bins and sharps bins on clinical sites are serviced by a licensed waste partner on a schedule we manage and invoice through, so you have one supplier to ring.

What it costs
Included in every daily and periodic contract. A mid-day washroom check is an extra hour at the contract rate. Consumables at cost plus six per cent. Rates exclude VAT. The prices page has every rate and extra, and an estimate builder that turns your floor area into hours and a monthly figure.
Questions about washrooms
Can we buy our own consumables?
Yes, and many clients do. Have them delivered to site and the operative restocks from your store. If you would rather not manage the ordering, ours are itemised at cost plus six per cent on the invoice.
Do you service sanitary bins?
Through a licensed waste partner we have used for eight years, on a schedule we manage and invoice through. You get one supplier and one invoice; the duty-of-care paperwork is in your audit pack.
