Sectors

Six kinds of site, one standard.

Every sector has its own specification template, its own training and its own audit lines, because a dental surgery is not an office and a school hall is not a hotel lobby. What does not change is the supervisor, the app-timed shift, the monthly score and the published rate.

05

Periodic and specialist work

The work that is not daily: carpets and upholstery machine-cleaned, hard floors stripped, sealed and buffed, high-level dusting and lighting, internal glass and partitions, builders' and dilapidation cleans, and the one-off deep clean before a new tenant or an inspection. £26 an operative hour, or priced by the square metre.

£26 an operative hour, four-hour minimum.

06

Washrooms and consumables

Washrooms cleaned and sanitised every visit to the specification, soap, paper and bin liners restocked from our stores or yours, sanitary and nappy bins serviced through our licensed partner, a mid-day check on busy sites, and the consumables itemised on the invoice at cost plus six per cent. Included in every contract.

Included in every daily and periodic contract.

Our people

Eighty-seven operatives on our payroll. None from an agency.

Agency staff are how a cleaning contractor covers a site it has underpriced, and they are why the person in your building changes every week. Ours are employed by us, paid above the real living wage with travel time, inducted on your site, trained to BICSc standards and given the same building every shift. Turnover last year was eleven per cent, which in this trade is unusual, and it is why the audit scores hold.
