Dental, GP, veterinary and physio practices to the National Standards
Clinics and healthcare
Cleaning for dental and GP surgeries, veterinary practices, physiotherapy and private clinics to the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness: colour-coded equipment, clinical and non-clinical areas separated, audited against the standard, with the records your CQC or HIW inspection asks for. From £21 an operative hour.

A clinic is not an office with a sink in it. Treatment rooms, waiting areas, staff areas and washrooms are cleaned to different frequencies with different equipment, and the inspector will ask for the records. We clean eleven practices across Cardiff and the Vale to the National Standards and keep the paperwork so you do not have to.
Clinical areas are cleaned with colour-coded cloths and mops that never leave them, with a hospital-grade disinfectant on hand-contact surfaces, treatment chairs and couches, worktops, sinks and taps, and the floor damp-mopped every visit. Waiting rooms, reception and staff areas get an office clean with a higher washroom frequency. Clinical waste is handled by your contractor; we do not touch sharps or clinical bins beyond the bag.
Every operative on a clinical site has infection-control training on top of the standard induction and a current DBS, and the specification maps each room to a frequency and a method from the National Standards. The monthly audit scores against that standard and the report is formatted for a CQC, HIW or GDC inspection; several of our practices simply hand it over.

Questions about clinics
Do you clean during opening hours?
A clinic clean is after the last patient, usually from six or seven. Some practices have a daytime washroom and waiting-room touch-up at lunchtime; that is a separate hour in the specification.
Can you provide the records for our inspection?
Yes: the specification, the cleaning schedules, training records, COSHH sheets for the products and the monthly audit reports, as a pack. Two practices used ours in their last HIW inspection without alteration.
