The base is Unit 4 at Ocean Park, with the office, the stores and the vans, and twenty-two sites within a mile. This page says where the rounds go, how each area is staffed, and the forty-minute line past which a daily contract stops making sense for either of us.
The areas
Cardiff Bay and Ocean Park
The base, at Ocean Park, and twenty-two sites within a mile of it: offices, the restaurants and bars on Mermaid Quay, hotels and a leisure centre. Teams on foot and by van from five in the morning.
Cardiff city centre
Offices above the arcades and in the Capital Quarter towers, law firms, the dental and GP practices on the edge of the centre, restaurants and bars. Night teams from eleven, morning teams from five.
The business parks
Cardiff Gate, Pentwyn, Llanishen, Capital Business Park and St Mellons: offices, a data centre's non-technical areas, two schools and a college campus. Van teams on daily and periodic rounds.
The Vale and the west
Penarth, Barry, Culverhouse Cross and Cowbridge: clinics, a leisure centre, a hotel, two primaries and the retail park offices. One van and a supervisor based in Barry.
Newport and the east
Celtic Springs, Cleppa Park and Newport city centre for daily office contracts of two floors or more; periodic and specialist work anywhere in Newport. Priced with the travel inside the rate.
What we do not do
Domestic cleaning, single visits under two hours, external windows above the ground floor (our reach-and-wash partner does those), and sites more than forty minutes from the Bay on a daily contract, because the travel would come out of the hours.
