Restaurant kitchens, hotels, bars, gyms and venues, mostly overnight
Hospitality and leisure
Overnight and early-morning cleaning for restaurants, hotels, bars, gyms and venues across the Bay and the city centre: commercial kitchen deep cleans to food-hygiene standard, front-of-house resets before service, hotel public areas, changing rooms and studios. From £21 an operative hour, kitchens at the specialist rate.

Hospitality cleaning happens while everyone else is asleep: the kitchen after the last cover, the bar before the first, the gym changing rooms at five. We run nineteen hospitality sites on the Bay and in the city centre, with teams that start at eleven at night and are gone before the chef is in.
Kitchen deep cleans strip the extraction canopy and filters, degrease every stainless surface, behind and under the line, the walls and the floor drains, with a certificate for your environmental health officer and your insurer. Nightly kitchen cleans keep that standard between deep cleans. Front of house is reset before service: floors, tables, washrooms, glass, the bar top and the fridges fronts, with the chairs down and the specials board wiped.
Hotels get public areas, corridors, lifts and conference rooms on a daily specification and the kitchens on a nightly one; housekeeping of bedrooms is a separate contract we can quote. Gyms and studios are done at five in the morning: changing rooms, showers, equipment wiped with a disinfectant that does not corrode, studio floors mopped, and the mirrors. All of it is audited monthly like every other site, with the photographs.

Questions about hospitality
How often should a commercial kitchen be deep cleaned?
Quarterly for a busy restaurant, twice a year for a café, with the extraction canopy and ducting on the same cycle. We certify each deep clean and keep the dates so you can show the inspector.
Do you work Christmas and New Year?
Yes, on the same specification, because that is when hospitality is busiest. Bank-holiday shifts carry a published uplift on the rate card and we agree the rota in November.
