Three hourly rates, a handful of square-metre prices, and the extras by name, all excluding VAT. Put your floor area and washrooms into the estimate builder and it gives you the hours a visit and a monthly figure; the site survey confirms them.
Rate card
One rate per kind of work.
Excluding VAT. Supervision, the monthly audit, app sign-in, key holding and the survey are inside the daily contract rate. Two-hour minimum visit on any contract.
Daily contract cleaning
an operative hour£18.50 + VAT
Five or more visits a week. Supervision, audit and app sign-in included.
Periodic cleaning
an operative hour£21.00 + VAT
One to four visits a week, or term-time schools out of term.
Specialist and deep cleans
an operative hour£26.00 + VAT
Kitchens, builders' cleans, floor restoration, high-level. Four-hour minimum.
Supervisor time
an hour£24.00 + VAT
Included in daily contracts; charged on one-off and periodic work.
Carpet cleaning
a square metre£2.40 + VAT
Hot-water extraction, test patch first, dry in hours.
Internal glass
a pane£2.50 + VAT
Partitions, doors and windows inside, with any clean.

Invoicing
One invoice a month, the timesheets and the audit attached.
The contract price, plus any periodic work you signed off by name, with the app timesheets showing every shift and the month's audit report attached, on the first working day of the month. Thirty-day terms by BACS. Consumables, if ours, are itemised at cost plus six per cent so you can see the price of the paper. Contracts run on three months' notice either side, with no minimum term after the first three months.
