Office cleaning is the core of what we do, sixty-four sites a week from a single floor above a shop in the Hayes to a four-storey headquarters at Ocean Park. The specification is written for your building, the team is the same every night, and the audit tells you how it went.

A daily clean covers desks and surfaces, bins and recycling, vacuuming and hard floors, washrooms restocked and sanitised, kitchens and tea points, meeting rooms reset and reception presentable before your first visitor. Periodic work is scheduled in the specification: carpets, upholstery, high-level dusting, internal glass, floor machine-scrubbed, fridges and dishwashers. Consumables can be ours or yours; if ours, they are itemised on the invoice at cost plus six per cent.

Cleaning runs before or after your hours, five in the morning or five in the evening, with a key-holding and alarm procedure signed off by your facilities lead. Operatives sign in on site with an app that timestamps the visit, and the timesheet comes with the invoice. Each site has a named supervisor who is in the building at least weekly and does the monthly audit with a tablet; the report, the score and the photographs land in your inbox the same day.

What it costs

£18.50 an operative hour on a daily contract, £21 periodic, two-hour minimum. A 1,000 square metre office with four washrooms is usually four operative-hours a night. Rates exclude VAT.
