Glebe Street, the green front.

Between the bakery and the florist, a minute from Windsor Road and three from the station, with the window of homes and the planter outside. Valuations and viewings happen at the property, so the office is mostly where the keys are kept and the Friday calls are made.

Parking

Penarth and the Vale

The streets we know house by house, and the ones that flood.

Penarth, Cogan, Llandough, Dinas Powys, Sully, Lavernock and Wenvoe for sales; lettings across the Vale and Cardiff; management within about ten miles so a repair is never far away. Seventeen years of valuing on these streets means we know which roads have the 1960s leases, which gardens back onto the railway, which flats have the service-charge dispute, and which end of which road the water reaches in a bad winter. It is why the valuation comes with the evidence rather than a guess.
