Lunchtimes, anywhere near Cardiff

Workplace talks

Forty-five minutes on eating well at work, night shifts, the menopause or the afternoon slump, with real questions and no guilt about the biscuits.

We talk to offices, hospitals, factories and schools. We are not there to tell anyone to stop enjoying the Friday cake, and we can skip weight entirely.

Popular subjects are lunches that keep you awake in the afternoon, eating on shifts, the menopause at work, and what is worth believing online. Bethan or Kofi will come with a one-page handout and leave plenty of time for the questions people actually have.

We can keep it private: anyone who wants to ask something personal can talk to us afterwards. We do not collect any data for your HR team, and nobody gets weighed.

What is included

Questions about workplace talks

Can it be online?

Yes, for the same price, though people ask fewer questions on a screen.

How much notice do you need?

Usually three weeks. For the menopause talk, a little more, because it is booked up in the autumn.

Bring a week of real food.

Seventy-five minutes at the old school table for £85, with three things to change at the end of it. The biscuits stay in the diary. Nobody will be shocked.
