Four weeks, your kitchen

Meal planning

A four-week plan based on what your household will actually eat, with a shopping list and a batch-cook list. Not an app and not a calorie count.

Sometimes people do not want to talk about food at all: they want to know what is for tea on Thursday. This is for them.

You tell us who eats what, your budget, how much time you have, what you own to cook with, and any allergies. We send you four weeks of evening meals and lunches with a shopping list for each week and a list of what to batch-cook on a Sunday.

The plans are written by a person, for you, and use ordinary food from the Llandaff North shops. They are not suitable for medical diets, including anything for allergies severe enough to need an adrenaline pen: please see a dietitian for those.

What is included

  • A short questionnaire about your household
  • Four weeks of lunches and evening meals
  • A weekly shopping list and batch-cook list
  • One round of changes, free

What it costs

A four-week meal plan is £60, or £35 if you add it to a first session. We do not sell blocks of sessions or memberships, and there is nothing to buy from us. The how it works page explains the rest.

Questions about meal planning

Can you cater for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, with attention to iron, B12, iodine and protein. We will tell you what to supplement if you are vegan.

What if the children will not eat it?

Tell us. Plans are changed once for free, and we build in the things they do eat.

Bring a week of real food.

Seventy-five minutes at the old school table for £85, with three things to change at the end of it. The biscuits stay in the diary. Nobody will be shocked.
