The Old School, first door on the left.
The red-brick building with a bell on the roof, set back from the main road. Walk past the raised beds, and if it is autumn, mind the chard.

Getting here
The building
The Old School is the red-brick Victorian building with a bell on the roof, set back from the main road in Llandaff North. We are the first door on the left, past the raised beds.
By train
Llandaf station is about six minutes' walk away, with trains from Cardiff Queen Street every fifteen minutes or so. Cross the main road and head towards the river.
By bus
Buses along Station Road stop about two minutes from the door. Ring and we will tell you which one suits you best.
Parking
Four free spaces in the old playground, first come, first served, and unrestricted street parking on the side roads. There is a covered bike rack by the door.
Access
A ramp to the main door, a wide corridor, and an accessible toilet. The room is on the ground floor, with chairs with arms. The table is an old one, and it is high: tell us if that is a problem.
Online
Most follow-ups can be done by video, if you would rather not come in. First sessions we prefer face to face, but if that is hard for you, just ask.
Lost? Ring 029 2018 0162. Look for the bell on the roof.
Bring a week of real food.
Seventy-five minutes at the old school table for £85, with three things to change at the end of it. The biscuits stay in the diary. Nobody will be shocked.
