The place to start
One-to-one nutrition
Seventy-five minutes at the old school table with a week of your real food in front of us, then a plan that fits a real kitchen.

Most people who come to us already know plenty about food, much of it contradictory. The useful part is working out what matters for you, and what you can actually keep doing on a wet Wednesday.
Before you come, we send you a one-week food diary and a short health questionnaire. There is no need to tidy it up. We go through it together at the table, look at your blood results if you have any, and talk about work, sleep, who cooks, and what you like.
You leave with no more than three things to change, written down, and a follow-up date if you want one. Most people have between two and four sessions in all. We do not sell blocks of sessions, and you can stop at any time.
What is included
- A seven-day food diary reviewed before you arrive
- Seventy-five minutes at the table
- A one-page written plan within two working days
- A letter to your GP if anything needs a doctor's eye
What it costs
A first session is £85 for seventy-five minutes. Follow-ups are £50 for forty-five minutes, and you decide if you want any. We do not sell blocks of sessions or memberships, and there is nothing to buy from us. The how it works page explains the rest.
Questions about one-to-one nutrition
Are you a dietitian?
No. We are registered nutritionists. Dietitian is a protected title for people trained to treat medical conditions with diet, and if that is what you need, we will say so and help you get referred.
Will you weigh me?
Only if you want us to. Many people come for reasons that have nothing to do with their weight.
Do you do weight loss?
We help people eat in a way that suits them, and for some that changes their weight. We do not promise a number or use a target.
Bring a week of real food.
Seventy-five minutes at the old school table for £85, with three things to change at the end of it. The biscuits stay in the diary. Nobody will be shocked.
