Your plate

Your plate.

Tell us what you would most like help with and how many times a day you usually eat. You get what the first session would cover and a week template to print and fill in before you come. It is a guide, not advice about your health.

Two questions

What would you most like help with?
How many times a day do you usually eat?

An example

Choose your goal and your meals.

You will see what the first seventy-five minutes would cover for you, when to go to your GP first, and a blank week with a column for each time you eat, ready to print.

For example, someone wanting more energy who eats three times a day gets a week with breakfast, lunch and evening meal columns, and a column to note how awake they feel at three o'clock.
