Your plate

Your plate.

Tell us what you would most like help with and how many times a day you usually eat. You get what the first session would cover and a week template to print and fill in before you come. It is a guide, not advice about your health.

Two questions

What would you most like help with?
How many times a day do you usually eat?

More energy, 3 times a day

Your first session would cover.

  • What time you eat, and how long the gaps are
  • Whether breakfast and lunch have any protein in them
  • Caffeine after midday, and alcohol
  • Sleep, because food cannot fix it on its own
  • Whether a blood test from your GP would be sensible

See your GP first if this applies. Tiredness that has lasted for weeks, particularly with weight loss, breathlessness or low mood, should go to your GP first.

Your week to fill in

Write down what you actually eat. Note how awake you feel at 3pm, out of five. Do not tidy it up.

Bring a week of real food.

Seventy-five minutes at the old school table for £85, with three things to change at the end of it. The biscuits stay in the diary. Nobody will be shocked.
