The team

Two people, both of us here.

You will meet the person who would treat you, every time. Helen does the injecting and the prescribing, Anjali does the skin. There is no sales desk.

The people

Helen Ashworth, nurse prescriber, by a window in a charcoal tunic

Helen Ashworth

Founder, independent nurse prescriber

Helen has been a nurse for twenty-six years, twelve of them in burns and plastics at Morriston in Swansea, where she saw what happens when things go wrong. She took her prescribing qualification in 2011 and opened Windsor Place in 2017.

She sees every patient for injectables herself, keeps the complications protocols up to date, and holds the phone at night. NMC PIN is a placeholder on this demonstration site.

Anjali Mehta, skin therapist, in a mauve-grey tunic

Anjali Mehta

Skin therapist

Anjali trained in Leicester and worked for nine years alongside dermatology clinics before moving to Penarth in 2020. She has a particular interest in pigment and in treating darker skin safely.

She does the peels and microneedling, and talks most people into a simpler skincare routine before any of it. She does not inject or prescribe.

Start with a conversation.

Forty-five minutes in a quiet room. Nothing is done on the day, and you can leave having decided against everything.
