What we do

Six conversations, and sometimes a treatment.

Each page says what it is for, what it is not for, what could go wrong, and what it costs. Nothing on this website is a recommendation for you, because we have not met you.

All six

Wrinkle consultations

A proper conversation about lines and what bothers you, with a nurse prescriber who may suggest treatment, something else, or nothing at all.

Consultation £60.

Skin boosters

Small injections of hyaluronic acid into the skin, not to change your shape but to help it hold water. Assessed first and not for everyone.

Assessment £40; course £320.

Chemical peels

A controlled acid applied to the skin to help it renew. Patch-tested first and chosen for your skin tone, because the wrong peel can leave marks.

Light peels from £85.

Microneedling

A pen with very fine needles makes tiny channels in the skin. People use it for texture and some kinds of scarring. It is not a quick fix.

£150 a session.

Dermal fillers

Dissolvable hyaluronic acid gel, placed for a specific reason after a long conversation. We use small amounts, and we say no more often here than anywhere.

Consultation £60; from £240.

Prescriber consultations

A private medical conversation with Helen about skin, sweating or anything you have read about, with no obligation to do anything afterwards.

£60 for 45 minutes.

Prices

What things cost. There are no offers.

Treatments that may be prescription-only medicines are not priced here because the law does not let us advertise them. Helen gives you a written cost, if treatment suits you.

Forty-five minutes in a quiet room. Nothing is done on the day, and you can leave having decided against everything.
