Wrinkle consultations
A proper conversation about lines and what bothers you, with a nurse prescriber who may suggest treatment, something else, or nothing at all.
Consultation £60.
A small nurse-led clinic in a Penarth terrace. You meet the person who would treat you, and you hear what is possible and what could go wrong. Then you go home and think.

What we do
A proper conversation about lines and what bothers you, with a nurse prescriber who may suggest treatment, something else, or nothing at all.
Consultation £60.
Small injections of hyaluronic acid into the skin, not to change your shape but to help it hold water. Assessed first and not for everyone.
Assessment £40; course £320.
A controlled acid applied to the skin to help it renew. Patch-tested first and chosen for your skin tone, because the wrong peel can leave marks.
Light peels from £85.
A pen with very fine needles makes tiny channels in the skin. People use it for texture and some kinds of scarring. It is not a quick fix.
£150 a session.
Dissolvable hyaluronic acid gel, placed for a specific reason after a long conversation. We use small amounts, and we say no more often here than anywhere.
Consultation £60; from £240.
A private medical conversation with Helen about skin, sweating or anything you have read about, with no obligation to do anything afterwards.
£60 for 45 minutes.
How we work
A consultation has a fee, and that is all it commits you to. Plenty of people walk back to the station having decided against it, and we think that is a good outcome.
Prescribing decisions are made by Helen, in the room, having met you. Nobody orders anything on the strength of a form or a phone call.
We do not discount, bundle or run a birthday month. Nothing here is a reason to hurry, because nothing here is urgent.
Some reasons are medical and some are not. If we think you are being pushed by somebody else, or by a filter, we will say so kindly and stop.
Saying no
Sometimes the reason is medical. Sometimes it is that you look fine to us, or you seem to be doing this for someone else, or you have brought a picture of somebody who is not you. It is a harder way to run a clinic, but it is the only way we can sleep.

Reviews
I went in for one thing and Helen talked me out of it. She looked at my sun damage and told me to buy sunscreen. I paid sixty pounds and I was glad to.
I had filler from somewhere else that I had come to hate. Helen explained exactly what could happen if we dissolved it, then made me wait. No judgement at any point. That was what I needed.
Anjali knows brown skin. I have been burnt before, literally. She patch-tested me twice, went gently, and rang me on day three to check on me.
No. A first visit is a conversation and an assessment. You go home with the information and take at least the cooling-off period we give you.
Occasionally, after a consultation and a fortnight of thinking about it, in small amounts and for adults only. If you are looking for a particular look from social media, we are the wrong people.
Not on a website: those can be prescription-only medicines, and we are not allowed to advertise them. Helen will give you a written cost if she thinks treatment suits you.
No. Everyone's face is different, and a photograph of someone else's result tells you very little about yours.
Do so at any time. You pay for the consultation you had and nothing else. There is no deposit and no course to commit to.
Under eighteen, yes, too young, and we ask for ID. Above that there is no upper limit. We see people in their seventies, usually for skin, and usually for themselves.
Forty-five minutes in a quiet room. Nothing is done on the day, and you can leave having decided against everything.
