Payroll £6 per employee a month; CIS returns £25 a month
Payroll and CIS
Monthly or weekly payroll with payslips in the portal, RTI filed with HMRC, auto-enrolment pensions assessed and submitted, P60s and P45s, statutory pay worked out, and Construction Industry Scheme returns for contractors, with subcontractors verified and statements sent.

Payroll is a hundred small rules that change every April, and the penalty for getting one wrong lands on the employer. We run it so the payslips are right, the pension is assessed, HMRC is told on time, and the first you hear of it each month is the summary saying what to pay and when.
Tell us the hours or the changes by the cut-off, by portal or email, and we run the payroll, publish the payslips to each employee's portal login, file the Real Time Information submission with HMRC, and send you one figure for the PAYE and one for the pension, with the dates. New starters are set up from their P45 or starter checklist, leavers get their P45, everyone gets a P60 in April. Statutory sick, maternity and paternity pay are calculated and reclaimed where they can be. Auto-enrolment is assessed every pay run and the pension contributions submitted to NEST or your provider.
For construction, we verify subcontractors with HMRC, work out the deductions, file the monthly CIS return and send each subcontractor their statement. For subcontractors who are our clients, the deductions suffered are tracked so the refund is in the April return. We also run the directors' payroll for every limited company client at the optimum salary, which is included in the Ltd package.

Questions about payroll and CIS
Weekly or monthly?
Either, at the same price per employee. Weekly costs you a little more of our time and no more money; most hospitality clients run weekly and most offices monthly.
What about the employment allowance?
Claimed automatically where you qualify, which takes the first £10,500 off your employer's National Insurance each year. We check eligibility every April because the rules on single-director companies catch people out.
Pick a package, or ask which one fits.
Sole trader or landlord £45 a month, limited company £125, VAT-registered £195, all plus VAT, everything in. Tell us what the business is and where you are with it and one of the three of us rings back the same working day with a straight answer, including which package you do not need.
