Prices

Three packages, nothing by the hour.

A month, plus VAT, month to month after the first year. Everything a business of that shape needs is in its package; the only add-ons are payroll and done-for-you bookkeeping, and they are priced here too. If you are not sure which fits, ring and we will say, including when the cheaper one is right.

Why no hourly rate

If the phone call costs you money, you will not make it. That is the problem.

An hourly rate makes the client ration the one thing an accountant is for: the question in March about whether to buy the van, the call in August about taking on a first employee, the "is this letter from HMRC real" email. On a package those cost nothing, so people ask, and the answers are where the tax is saved and the penalties avoided. The package price is set so that the client who rings every week and the client who rings once a year both get a fair deal, and after twelve years it works.

  • Unlimited questions, by phone, portal or email
  • No charge for an HMRC enquiry or a mortgage reference
  • Bigger projects quoted as a fixed fee before we start
