£60 a month on top of any package: we do the weekly habit so you do not have to

Bookkeeping done for you

For anyone who would rather not touch the software: send us the receipts by photo or post, give us read-only access to the bank feed, and Wendy keeps the books each week, reconciles the bank, chases your unpaid invoices if you want, and sends a one-page monthly summary of where the business stands.

A neat desk with a calculator, a stack of sorted receipts clipped together, a mug and a small plant, seen from above

Some people like the app. Some people run a busy kitchen or a van and the receipt goes in the glovebox. The bookkeeping add-on is for the second kind: you send, we sort, and the books are always a week behind at most, which is what makes the quarterly submissions and the year-end accurate.

Each week Wendy matches the bank feed, codes the receipts you have photographed or posted, raises queries in the portal for anything she cannot place (a £140 cash withdrawal, a payment to a name she does not know), and chases any customer invoice more than fourteen days late if you have asked her to. On the first working day of each month you get a one-page summary: sales, costs, profit, cash in the bank, VAT set aside, who owes you what.

Because the books are current, the VAT return and the MTD quarters are a review rather than a reconstruction, and the year-end accounts are ready in weeks rather than months. It also means that when you ring to ask whether you can afford a second van, the answer is in front of us. The add-on is month to month; several clients use it only for their busy season.

What is included

  • Bank feed reconciled weekly
  • Receipts coded from photos or post
  • Queries raised in the portal, not left to year end
  • Unpaid invoices chased if you want
  • A one-page summary on the first of the month
  • Month to month, cancel any time

What it costs

£60 a month plus VAT on top of any package for up to 80 transactions a month; £95 for up to 200; quoted above that. Package prices are a month, plus VAT at 20%, month to month after the first year. The prices page has the three packages side by side, what is in each, and every extra.

Questions about bookkeeping

Do I still need to do anything?

Photograph receipts as you get them (or post them weekly), and answer the queries in the portal, which takes a few minutes a month. Everything else is us.

Can you do the credit control?

Yes, politely: a reminder at fourteen days, a call at thirty, and a word to you about what to do at sixty. It is part of the add-on, and most clients find invoices get paid faster when the chasing comes from the accountant.

Pick a package, or ask which one fits.

Sole trader or landlord £45 a month, limited company £125, VAT-registered £195, all plus VAT, everything in. Tell us what the business is and where you are with it and one of the three of us rings back the same working day with a straight answer, including which package you do not need.
