Deadlines

Every deadline, and the next one marked.

The dates that apply to a small business or a landlord in a normal year. On a package they live in our diary and the portal turns amber six weeks before each one; this page is the same list for anyone, with the next date highlighted.

Six weeks before

How a deadline is met on a package.

Six weeks before each date the portal turns amber and lists what we need: the last bank statement, the mileage, the figure for stock, a yes or no on a dividend. You upload or answer; we prepare; you approve in the portal with one click; we file the same day and the portal turns green with the HMRC or Companies House receipt attached. If nothing has come back at three weeks, Wendy rings. Nobody on a package has paid a late-filing penalty since 2017.

Pick a package, or ask which one fits.

Sole trader or landlord £45 a month, limited company £125, VAT-registered £195, all plus VAT, everything in. Tell us what the business is and where you are with it and one of the three of us rings back the same working day with a straight answer, including which package you do not need.
