Driveway and patio cleaning
Block paving, concrete and sandstone pressure-washed with a rotary cleaner, re-sanded and treated so it stays clean longer.

A pressure washer in the wrong hands strips the joints out of block paving and etches lines into sandstone. A rotary surface cleaner, with the pressure turned down for soft stone, does the same job evenly and without the stripes.
We sweep, then wash with a rotary surface cleaner that keeps the jet at a fixed height and spins it in a hood, so the surface comes up evenly and the spray stays off your car and the windows. Edges and steps get a hand lance.
Block paving is then left to dry and re-sanded with kiln-dried sand brushed into the joints, which locks the blocks and keeps the weeds out. Patios and drives both get a biocide wash afterwards to slow the green coming back.
Sandstone and Indian stone patios are washed at low pressure. Black spots on sandstone are lichen and need a separate treatment over a few weeks; we say so rather than blast them.

Do you need my water?
Yes, from an outside tap. If you do not have one, we bring a tank, which adds £20.
Can you get oil stains out?
Fresh ones mostly; old ones fade. We use a degreaser on the stain first and tell you what to expect.
When can I park on it?
Straight away on concrete and tarmac. On block paving, wait until the evening so the new sand settles.
