Three-storey terrace on a hill and they did it from the pavement. The before photos were horrible. The after photos were empty gutters. £85 as the website said.

The drive came up like new and they re-sanded every joint. Cerys told us to leave the sandstone patio's black spots for a lichen treatment rather than blast it, which I appreciated.
Bought a house and had the gutters checked before completion. The camera showed a dipped bracket at the back that the survey missed. Worth every penny of the £35.
Good work and no pressure washer on my roof, which was the point. Four stars because they moved my date twice for weather. They were right, but I was impatient.
Our white render had gone green on the north side. The green went the same day; the black took about three weeks to fade, exactly as Rhodri said it would.
Booked gutters and fascias together and it was cheaper than doing them separately. White again, and the photos of the gutters went straight to my insurer for a claim.
About the four stars
Two weather moves, now explained up front.
Huw's roof was rebooked twice because rain was forecast for the day after, and the biocide needs a dry day to work. We stand by the decision, but he heard about the rule only when we moved him. Every roof and render booking now says, in writing, that the date may move for rain and why.

Reviews are collected by an independent service after the job, and we never choose which appear. Good or not, they stay up, and Rhodri answers every one.
